What is the Clan Book

The Clan Book is a kiosk located in the main building within the game land that allows players to manage their clan and perform various actions.

Through interaction with it, players can handle clan-related tasks, providing a central hub for clan administration.

The Clan Leader

The clan leader has total control over their clan and can perform the following actions:

• Rename: Rename the clan.
• Promote: Promote a member by assigning them a title.
• Demote: Remove a title previously given to a member.
• Invite: Invite a player to join the clan as direct disciple.
• Exile: Kick a player from the clan.
• Dissolve: Disband the clan permanently.
• Set Language: Set the language spoken within the clan, will be visible on the website.
• Set Discord: Add a discord link leading to the clan discord server, will be visible only to members on the website.
• Auto-Approve: Automatically approve new members. No need for an officer to be around.
• Step Out: Step out from the role of Leader. As a result, the second in command would take the lead.

The Second-in-Command

The second-in-command role is to assist the clan leader in managing day-to-day operations, such as approving a recruitment or exiling a member.

The Assistant

The assistant role is to support the clan leader and second-in-command in their duties.

All Members

All members can invite other players to join the clan, but they will need the approval of an officer located nearby.

Clan Fusion/Transfer

• To fuse with another clan, the clan leader must first receive and accept an invitation from the leader of the other clan.
• Once accepted, the two clans will merge into one. All members of the invited clan will be transferred. The invited clan will no longer exist. Dominated territories will be released to mortals.
