What is keybinding?

Keybinds or Keyboard Shortcuts are player-made-gestures used to trigger various actions on the game HUD such as opening the inventory, show/hide the game HUD, show/hide the minimap, etc...

All commands must be sent to channel -80700

List of commands

• inventory: open your game inventory.
• minimap: show/hide the minimap.
• minimize: show/hide the game HUD.
• quests_log: open your quests log.
• target: instantly target the closest player.
• action_main: trigger the main action/attack.
• action_equip_1: trigger the equipment action/attack.
• dodge: trigger the dodge ability.
• pocket_1: trigger pocket 1.
• pocket_2: trigger pocket 2.

How to create a shortcut

• In your SL inventory right-click a folder and select New Gesture to create a new gesture.
• On the gesture setup panel select Chat in the library list then press Add
• In the chat window make it say the command in the shortcut channel, as follow: /-80700 inventory
• In the shortcut key section select the keyboard key you would like to assign the action to.
• Finally, save the gesture and activate it.
