The Report System is an essential feature in the game that allows players to address offensive, negative, or disruptive behavior exhibited by other players.

By reporting such behavior, players contribute to creating a more positive and enjoyable environment.

This documentation provides an overview of the Report System, tips for effective reporting, and instructions on how to report a player.


Reporting a Player

  • If you need to report a player, you can do so by creating a new ticket and selecting Report a Player.
  • In the reporting form you can select a specific category related to the incident.
  • Use the text field to provide a detailed comment describing what happened.
  • If available, provide a link to a video or screenshot.

Tips & guidelines

To ensure that your reports are effective in addressing negative behavior, consider the following tips:

  • Focus on the specific behavior you observed.
  • When possible, leave a concise and clear comment describing the observed behavior.

Irrelevant reports

The following behaviors are not concidered reportable:

  • Attacks occurring in other game systems.
  • It is your responsibility to take appropriate actions and protect yourself in those other systems.

Things to Avoid

While negative behavior might be frustrating and affect your mood, it is important to remain calm and make the right decisions.

  • Responding to negative behavior with further negativity, especially in public chat, is unproductive and may lead to penalties against you. Instead, use the report system.
  • When something seems wrong, report it to our moderation team. They will be happy to address the matter and ensure fairness for everyone.

Penalties

Once a report is submitted, the moderation team reviews it to determine an appropriate penalty. Here are some key points:

  • The penalties issued may vary depending on the severity of the offense and can include chat restrictions, temporary debuffs, temporary bans, and permanent bans.
  • Factors such as the player\'s history, frequency of reports, and severity of the reported behavior may influence whether a player receives a restriction, temporary or permanent ban.
  • The moderation team doesn\'t have to justify their decision. But they remain available to assist and answer questions to help better understand the game and its rules.

Appeals and Unfair Punishments

  • If you believe you have been unfairly punished or wish to appeal a ban, or restriction, you can submit a Support Ticket and select "Appeal Restriction" as your ticket category.
  • However, it\'s important to note that correctly placed penalties will not be removed unless there is a strong case for lifting them.
