How to play

Rules And Guidelines

Last Updated: Nov 23th, 2024

Game Rules (Mandatory Rules)

- Do not inform mortals (non registered players) that you or any other player is feeding off them.

- Do not hide your avatar or be invisible during a battle with the use of a third-party device that allows it.

- The use of follower HUDs is strictly forbidden throughout the whole gameplay.

- Always follow and respect the chain of command (You > Mentor > Clan Officer > Clan Leader).

- Use the provided support portals for system-related topics. Contact the game developers only for major issues.

Violation of these rules may result in restricted access to some features, a temporary ban, or a permanent ban from the game system.

False reports about gameplay with no entry in the attack logs may result in restrictions or a permanent ban from the game system.

Chat Rules (Mandatory Rules)

- Be kind and respectful to the community.

- No bullying, sexism, racism, homophobia, or other hate-based chat.

- No ethnic, sexual, religious, disability, ageist, or transphobic slurs.

- No advertisement, including products, events, photography and art, unless it is about the game and addressed in dedicated channels.

Violation of these rules or repeated disrespect toward the community may result in being muted from the chat channels, a temporary ban, or a permanent ban from the game system.

If you are unsure whether your input will violate these rules, feel free to ask the guidance of a moderator before posting or simply do not post at all.

Harassment and Bullying through private message should be reported to Linden Lab by submitting an Abuse Report

Code of Honor (recommanded behavior)

- We respect privacy. We do not enter a home without permission.

- We play fair. We do not attack players not wearing their game HUD.

- We fight with courage. We do not flee from a battle to avoid death.

- It is just a game. We do not complain about losing a fight or dying.

- We act with integrity. We do not cheat or use exploits.

Violation of this code of honor may affect your honor status and your standing within the community.

Multi-System Gameplay

In the shared regions of Second Life, players may encounter battles or interactions involving other game systems alongside Bloodhunt. To avoid confusion and streamline support:

- Use the Out of Character (OOC) Feature: Bloodhunt offers an OOC feature that grants invulnerability to attacks for 4 hours. This allows you to safely enjoy other game systems, shop, or explore second life without being affected by PvP interactions.

- Use Similar Features in Other Game Systems: If available, make use of OOC or invulnerability features in other game systems to ensure uninterrupted gameplay across platforms.

- Take Responsibility for Multi-System Gameplay: There should be no complaints about being attacked in multiple systems. Players must take responsibility for their actions and use the available tools to protect themselves accordingly.
